Terms of Use

These Terms apply to Rememberly AI, a personal reminder, relationship memory, note drafting, gift idea, and AI card app.

Apple standard EULA

Rememberly uses Apple's standard End User License Agreement for apps distributed through the App Store. You can read it here: Apple Standard EULA.

Premium subscription

Rememberly Premium is an auto-renewable yearly subscription. Pricing is shown in the app in the currency provided by the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

AI features

AI features are optional helpers. They may generate drafts, gift ideas, card art, or save-ready records based on details you provide. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before saving, sending, or acting on it.

Your content

You remain responsible for the people, dates, notes, reminders, messages, photos, and other relationship details you add to Rememberly. Do not use Rememberly to store or share content that you do not have the right to use.

Availability

Features that depend on Apple services, network access, AI processing, calendar access, notifications, or cloud backup may not always be available. Rememberly is provided as a helpful tool, not as a guarantee that every reminder, message, or event will be delivered.
